Custom and personalized orders:  If you see an item, you like but there is not the quantity you need or would like can options, send me a message and we can work out the details for a custom order. Here are a couple examples of custom orders I have done in the past:

An order of 200+ butterflies where I worked with the bride creating a different type of hanger that ribbon could be run through for hanging on her floral decorations.  Another one I created 150 dragonflies to be used at a celebration of life.  

Bulk Order Discounts:  Please keep in mind Bulk Orders turnaround time will take longer than my normal time frame (it is just me running this little shop and making the items on the side of my full-time job)

• 10-24 items - 20% off total price of order
• 25-49 items - 30% off total price of order
• 50 & Over - 40% off total price of order                                                                                  

Shipping:  Only ships to USA (USPS First Class).  Please note all items include a tracking number, once item has been mailed any issues with shipment, please contact USPS.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:  

• Contact me within:  3 days of delivery 
•  Ship items back within:  7 days of delivery 
•  Request a cancellation within:  6 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
